Hi there! My name is Espen, and I have been working in the field of analytics and data science for the past 6 years. I am passionate about using data to uncover valuable insights and help organizations make informed decisions.

Currently, I am the Director of Analytics and Data Science at CPM Analytics. In this role, I lead a team of talented individuals who use a variety of techniques, including qualitative interviews and deep learning models, to create insights and build data products for our customers. I take great pride in helping CPM find valuable insights for our customers in the most unlikely places.

Before joining CPM, I worked as an analyst at the company, where I used advanced statistical modeling to help solve managerial problems. I also have a background in business development and marketing. I have worked on long-term strategy and organizational development, and have managed market intelligence, marketing strategy, campaign management, and pricing strategy.

In addition to my professional experience, I am currently pursuing a PhD in marketing foucsed on Digital Piracy at Handelshøyskolen BI. I have also published research on this topic in the European Journal of Marketing.
